Julia Richter studied bioengineering at the University of Applied Science in Munich. She graduated 2010 with a diploma thesis on software development for the operation of a miniature bioreactor with the grade „very good“. She gained professional experiences at the Department of Biochemistry at the Technical University Munich (TUM) and at the Fraunhofer Institute for Reliability and Microintegration (IZM).

In 2013, Julia started her activity in the field of intellectual property law at DHS Patentanwalts GmbH. In 2019 Julia qualified as a European Patent Attorney

As a patent engineer and later as European Patent Attorney, Julia has specialized in the fields of medical technology, electronics, and renewable energy.

She speaks German, English and French.
